Suh Hee Cook
Bio
Suh Hee Cook is a PhD candidate working on enhancing the electrical properties of heart cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells using advanced platforms under the guidance of Dr. Jessica M. Gluck. Suh Hee is renowned for executing four protocols simultaneously and continuously sending notifications in the lab group chat with a “really, guys? -____-” when supplies aren’t refilled! Outside of her research, Suh Hee holds two black belts in Taekwondo and Hapkido, writes poetry, enjoys hip-hop music, and engages in community organizing.
